What this site collects today

This is a pre-launch site. The only personal information it collects is what you type into the launch-list form:

• Your email address — so we can tell you when Certavant opens and send the updates described on the form.
• Which door you came through — whether you’re exploring Certavant for yourself or your team, so we send you relevant updates instead of all of them.

That’s the whole list. We don’t ask for your name, your employer, or anything else, and we don’t buy or append data about you from anywhere.

How we use it

We use your email address to send launch news, exam blueprint previews, research briefs, and founding-member pricing information — roughly one or two emails a month. We confirm every address before adding it, so you’ll get one email asking you to opt in; if you don’t confirm, we don’t send you anything else.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Leaving the list

Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you immediately. You can also email [email protected] at any time and ask us to delete your record entirely — including if you want to know what we hold about you first.

Service providers

The launch list is handled by an email service provider on our behalf, and this site is served by a web host. Both process data only on our instructions. We will name them here once the platform launches and the arrangements are final.

What changes at launch

When the certification platform opens, a complete policy will replace this one. It will cover account and candidate data, exam work products and AI-collaboration transcripts, credential and evidence-page visibility controls, identity verification, organisation administrator access, retention periods, international transfers, and the rights available under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and applicable US state privacy laws.
